Shipping policy

We keep it simple around here. Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days, depending on if the item is in stock and whether we’re wrenching on bikes, packing orders, or out at the track.

Once your order heads out, you’ll get tracking sent straight to your email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping Methods

We use a mix of USPS and UPS — whichever gets your gear to you quickest for the best price. Small stuff usually goes USPS. Bigger or heavier items ride with UPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on what you’re ordering. We keep them as fair as possible.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier. Most packages land within 2–5 business days.

Track‑Side Orders

If you catch us at the track and we don't have what you need on us, we'll ship it once we’re back in the shop. We’ll always let you know what to expect.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Stuff happens. If your package shows up looking like it lost a fight with a tire wall, or if it never shows up at all, reach out and we’ll get you taken care of.
